Yes. Launch is $1,900, Grow is $3,900, and Scale is $7,900 — one-time payments, stated on every package page. The price only changes if you approve a priced change order for work outside the locked scope, and no out-of-scope work begins without your written approval.

When you submit the requirements form and we confirm it in writing (within 1 business day). That confirmation lists your exact pages, integrations, and delivery date. After that point, anything new is a change order — priced and approved separately.

Draft copy for your pages, your logo and brand colors/fonts, the inbox address for lead notifications, and — for Grow and Scale — access to your email provider or integration accounts. Most importantly: one decision-maker who can approve drafts. Feedback delays pause the delivery clock.

We polish, we don’t author. Every package includes a copy polish pass: we tighten your draft headlines, structure, and calls to action. Writing from a blank page, or ongoing content writing after launch, is out of scope for all three packages.

Yes. At launch you get the full site files, and the site runs on accounts you own (hosting, domain, analytics, integrations). There are no ongoing license fees to us.

One round = one consolidated feedback list from you, submitted within 7 days of receiving a draft. Collect everything — text tweaks, layout changes, image swaps — into one list, send it once, and we apply the whole round. Launch includes 1 round, Grow includes 2, Scale includes 3.

They expire at launch. Rounds are there to get the site right before it goes live; after launch, fixes to what we delivered are covered by the Scale support window (30 days), and anything new is a change order.

Yes: $290 per extra round on Launch, $490 on Grow, $790 on Scale. You approve the cost in writing before we start the round.

We tell you it’s out of scope, scope it as a change order, and price it — change orders start at $450. Nothing starts until you approve the price in writing. Out-of-scope requests never silently inflate your package or delay it without your sign-off.

Custom web applications (logins, dashboards, SaaS products), native mobile apps, ongoing content writing, logo or brand identity design, and custom illustration or photography. Each package page also lists its own exclusions — for example, Launch excludes blogs and integrations, Grow excludes CRM/booking/payment wiring, and Scale excludes custom API middleware and full custom e-commerce storefronts.

In business days from scope lock — the day we confirm your intake in writing. Launch: 14 business days. Grow: 21. Scale: 30. Time we spend waiting on your feedback or assets pauses the clock; the SLA covers our build time.

If we miss your delivery date by more than 5 business days, you get a 10% credit toward change orders or future work — no claim form, it’s applied automatically. Details are in the terms.

Full refund any time before the build starts. After the build starts, refunds are pro-rated on the work completed — we show you the breakdown. After launch, the package price is non-refundable (the Scale support window still applies). Full detail in the terms.

These packages are for businesses that want a professional marketing site with fixed scope, a fixed price, and a fixed date.

The site is yours — files, accounts, everything. Scale includes a 30-day post-launch support window covering fixes to what we delivered plus small tweaks (text changes, image swaps). After that, or on Launch/Grow, further work is scoped as change orders. We don’t sell maintenance retainers.
