1. Who runs this site

Website Factory is the fixed-price website service sold on this site; the site is powered by MasterEngine AI (that line is in the footer of every page). This policy covers websitefactory.shop only.

2. The current state: order capture is not connected

Order capture isn’t connected yet. The order form is disabled: nothing you type into it is sent to us or stored anywhere, and this site takes no payment today. This page is published before capture opens, on purpose — the form will not be connected until this policy is live and accurate, and none of the processors named in section 5 receives a byte before then.

3. What the order form will ask, when capture opens

The form is already on the order page to read. It asks for:

• Package (required) — Launch, Grow, or Scale.
• Your name (required).
• Email (required) — order confirmation and scope lock go here.
• Business name (optional).
• Current website (optional).
• Roughly how many pages (optional).
• Copy status (optional) — whether your text is drafted, in progress, or rough notes.
• Notes (optional, free text) — anything else we should know, such as tools you use or timeline constraints.

4. What it is for

Order fulfilment and scope lock — nothing else. Your email gets your order confirmation and your scope-lock confirmation, plus the correspondence needed to run your build. We don’t add you to any list: there is no marketing list, and your details are never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

5. Who processes it

• Supabase stores the order record when you submit the form.
• Stripe collects payment through Stripe Checkout, a Stripe-hosted page. Card details go to Stripe; they never touch this site.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves this site, which means standard request logs at the edge.

These are named here before any of them receives a byte. If the set changes, this page changes first.

6. What this site does not do

No analytics, no trackers, and no third-party scripts run on websitefactory.shop today. If that ever changes, this policy is updated before the change ships.

7. Your materials and account access

Draft copy, brand assets, and the account access you give us for integrations (email provider, CRM, booking, payments) are used only to build your site, as the terms state. We keep a backup of your site files for 90 days after launch in case you need a re-send, then delete it — the same rule as section 10 of the terms.

8. Your rights, retention, and contact

When order capture opens, you can ask what order record we hold for you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted: write to privacy@websitefactory.shop. We keep an order record while the order is active and afterwards only for as long as needed to meet accounting and refund obligations; the site-file backup rule in section 7 (deleted 90 days after launch) always applies. Email sent to that address is answered by the site operator.

9. This policy’s date

This policy is dated October 31, 2026. If it changes, the updated policy is published on this page before the change takes effect.
